Can I buy spare parts directly at the branch?
Yes, all our main branches have an on-site Spare Parts counter. We recommend calling ahead to check stock availability for specific part numbers.
Do you offer mobile service for remote sites?
Absolutely. If your equipment is in a remote area (e.g., a mining site in the Northern Borders), our Mobile Service Units can travel to you. Please contact your nearest branch to schedule a visit.
